A Talk About IBM's Social Software Technologies

Here’s an interview I conducted with Jeff Schick, Vice President of Social Software at IBM. In the video, Jeff discusses IBM’s social software allowing easier connection and collaboration between individuals such as Lotus Connections, the differences between the Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 eras, the security problems of social sites like Facebook, and what social tools we can expect to see from IBM in the future.
